In this ‘Positive Feedback’ learning module, learners take on the role of a senior manager at a fictional IT firm. They are tasked with providing feedback to an employee who has performed at a higher level than her colleagues in the last quarter. The learner must provide her with positive feedback, and identify actionable ways for her to share her expertise with the rest of the team.
