In this ‘Practicing Self-Awareness and Self-Regulation’ learning module, learners take on the role of an account manager who recently had to let an important client know that the team will not be able to meet a previously agreed upon campaign deadline. After previously being verbally attacked by their boss in an initial exchange, the learner must effectively identify and manage their emotions in a meeting with the project manager to establish what went wrong.
Learners will be able to exercise strategies, and accurately absorb and process emotions in a professional, non-judgmental manner.
