Learners are tasked with fostering psychological safety in the workplace. They must facilitate a creative brainstorm session with their team, as well as, manage up by delivering bad news to their Project Manager and CEO.

‘Psychological Safety’ is part of the ‘Emotional Intelligence Essentials’ learning series, which provides an immersive learning experience for learners to further develop their ability to recognize, control, and express their emotions in an effective manner.
