Jr. Learning Experience Designer

The Jr. Learning Experience Designer, under the guidance of the Head of Learning & Development, has many responsibilities from researching topics, creating instructional design templates, and improving the learner experience.

In this role you will:

• Create user-centered designs that incorporate business requirements, research findings and user behavior metrics for VR, AR, and MR
• Document conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interaction specifications
• Collaborate with PM to develop production schedules
• Prepare for and run meetings for milestone review, project status, and more
• Prototype and develop immersive experiments and user tests
• Collaborate throughout the solution and product development life-cycle to iterate on and deliver a high quality user experience
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high quality experiences
• Work with Analytics to determine the criteria used to assess learner performance and collect data on learner behavior to identify areas of opportunity
• Meet with SMEs to understand industry-specific use cases and considerations
• Craft instructional design templates to allow learning experiences to scale

Education/Experience we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years in an instructional design role
• BS Degree
• Understanding of basic game design tenets
