The learner plays the role of city commissioner who brought in an innovation hub 10 years prior to revitalize the town of Levitt Heights. Recently, each of the four businesses in the innovation hub has encountered problems which threaten each businesses' viability, reputation, and the commissioner's re-election bid. The commissioner's assistant, Nia, updates them on the current state of affairs, then they must navigate a meeting with concerned citizens, as well as muckraking reporter, Rory Raggs.
WEG Exploring Immersive Learning
Playing the role of the city commissioner, the learner meets with Dora Willits, CLO of Alternate Charge. Alternate Charge's transition into the consumer market has left many employees feeling unprepared. Learners guide Dora as she explores immersive learning as a solution to address the skills gap.

Playing the role of the city commissioner, the learner is focused on building a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) coalition. Learners collaborate with Jana Che, HR Coordinator and DEIB specialist, and Roth Barad of Recipe Box Express in preparation for developing a DEIB strategy.

Playing the role of the city commissioner, the learner meets with the leaders of SchoolHouse Heroes. A promising partnership can save them from financial ruin, but it doesn't align with a leader's beliefs about their mission. Learners must help them align on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Leading through uncertainty
Leading Through Uncertainty is a five-module series that will teach learners to cope with common scenarios that may arise during moments of crisis. Economic instability, large strategic shifts, market disruption, sociopolitical events, and public health crises can all have a profound impact on the well-being of a workforce. This experience will allow the learner to practice the key leadership skills essential to successfully navigating these pivotal moments. Through immersive conversations, learners will practice essential communication skills, like active listening, other awareness, and speaking succinctly, to improve their leadership when faced with uncertainty.
