Recently, each of the four businesses in the innovation hub has encountered problems which threaten each businesses' viability, reputation, and the commissioner's re-election bid. The commissioner's assistant, Nia, updates them on the current state of affairs, then they must navigate a meeting with concerned citizens, as well as muckraking reporter, Rory Raggs.

Leading Through Uncertainty is a five-module series that will teach learners to cope with common scenarios that may arise during moments of crisis. Economic instability, large strategic shifts, market disruption, sociopolitical events, and public health crises can all have a profound impact on the well-being of a workforce. This experience will allow the learner to practice the key leadership skills essential to successfully navigating these pivotal moments.
