Lesson description
  • Nia, a strong advocate of resiliency practices, has been urging you to provide resiliency training for innovation hub businesses. She volunteered to research the topic and is ready to present her findings. Learn about the benefits of resiliency and strategies to achieve it at both individual and organizational levels; ask questions along the way and explore topics in more detail before deciding if you will implement resiliency training for the innovation hub.
  • After hearing rumors of potential resiliency training in the innovation hub, Koko has asked you to a casual meetup. She wants to hear more about resiliency, and how you envision it will benefit the innovation hub businesses. SchoolHouse Heroes has had a rough time in recent years, and Koko believes resiliency training could benefit them. She needs your help understanding resiliency and how it can improve SchoolHouse Heroes’ situation.
  • Mara is doubtful about the validity of resiliency practices, and feels this is another one of Koko’s lofty ideas that doesn’t have a solid backing. She needs you to explain how resiliency would fit in at SchoolHouse Heroes before she commits to being the site of a pilot program. Meet with Koko and Mara to discuss what the resiliency pilot program might look like for SchoolHouse Heroes as a whole, as well as for individuals.
