Adapting to Workforce Change

In this module, learners explore a situation in which a company’s culture of accountability feels outdated and counterproductive. Learners discuss ideas on creating a culture of accountability that fits the company today, aiming to build a positive approach to accountability, and repair internal culture and trust.

Learners will be notified when their performance will be scored and can return to the menu before proceeding. Green, yellow and red visual cues indicate the quality of their response.
