How Remote Teams Succeed

A data breach at The Heights Lookout Hotel has led to guest's email, phone, and credit card information being leaked onto the Dark Web. This comes at a terrible time for the hotel as their client base is shrinking and aging.

Learners must help them find a solution.Learners will be notified when their performance will be scored and can return to the menu before proceeding. Green, yellow and red visual cues indicate the quality of their response.
