Connecting Remote Teams
Learners explore a situation in which members of a company's remote and hybrid workforce are struggling to build and maintain good working relationships. Common issues that hamper remote/hybrid workers from building effective relationships are identified, as well as solutions and strategies.

Learners will be notified when their performance will be scored and can return to the menu before proceeding. Green, yellow and red visual cues indicate the quality of their response.

  • Biz-R sales team manager Lexi Lux has concerns about her remote employees’ ability to build and maintain working relationships without being on-site. Lexi has strong opinions on how to address the issue, and has met with Biz-R’s Human Resources manager, Hannah Parker, but she feels Hannah has other priorities. Explore Lexi’s concerns so you can follow up with Hannah and help these two professionals collaborate to achieve their professional goals.
  • You reach out to Hannah to explore her approach to supporting remote employees’ ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
