Adapting to Workforce Change
Learners explore a past data breach incident. It’s been several years, but apprehension and distrust remain, and today, current needs conflict with organizational memory. Learners listen to different perspectives and provide recommendations to integrate an approach that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.

Lesson description
  • Speak with your assistant, Nia Okoro, about your upcoming meeting with Hannah Parker, who has concerns about redundant software at Biz-R Market.
  • Talk to Hannah Parker, a new hire at Biz-R Market, who’s frustrated with security software that’s causing massive slowdowns across the company. She has come to request your help in getting the importance of efficiency across to her manager, Lexi Lux, and the Biz-R management team.
  • Meet with Emir Jong, Levitt Heights’ Innovation Director, about Hannah's concerns on efficiencies. Emir explains the concept of organizational memory and how it can affect companies and employees, which in turn, helps explain the pushback Hannah has been experiencing at Biz-R’s Market.
  • Meet with Lexi Lux and Hannah Parker to discuss the issue of Biz-R’s redundant security software. Work with Lexi to learn what you can from the organization’s history, while still taking advantage of Hannah’s fresh viewpoint to push Biz-R towards a brighter future.
